Order Process

• Most orders are shipped within 3-5 days after your order is place

Order Emendation

• If you need to change your order or cancel your order please do so immediately after placing your order. We generally process order within 2 hours on business days, and once the warehouse has processed your order we will be unable to make any changes to your order.

After-Sale Service

• If there are any defects to our items, please contact us and send pictures of the defected area so we can get replacement process right away.
• Customizing items will not be accept for return or exchange.
